How do I get a quote, and what do you need from me?

Can you pick up directly from the port?
Yes. Our drivers have many years of experience picking up loads inside the port, and every driver holds an active TWIC card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential), so they are cleared for secure port access.
Who handles permits and route planning on an oversize load?
We plan the route and carry the load. Confirm the exact dimensions and the permitting with dispatch before booking, since both depend on the states the run crosses.
Do you deliver directly to rig sites or handle pipe stringing?
Yes. We have many years of experience delivering directly to drilling rigs, and we also unload and string pipe along gas pipeline right-of-ways. Our drivers know how to work safely on oilfield and pipeline job sites.
How far in advance do you need the load?
It depends on the equipment and the lane, and oversize needs the most lead time because of permitting. Call dispatch with the dates and we will tell you what is realistic.
