How do I get a quote, and what do you need from me?
Call +1 713-504-3866, email info@casisco.com, or message us on Instagram. To get a number back quickly, include the pickup, the destination, what the freight is, and its approximate dimensions and weight.
Can you pick up directly off the ship?
Yes. We do direct ship offloading at the Port of Houston and coordinate with the steamship agent so the move runs from the dock through to the final destination without a second handoff.
Who handles permits and route planning on an oversize load?
We plan the route and carry the load. Confirm the exact dimensions and the permitting with dispatch before booking, since both depend on the states the run crosses.
What if my load does not fit your equipment?
It goes through Space Freight Brokerage, our sister company, which places it with vetted carriers and tracks the shipment through delivery. You still deal with us.
How far in advance do you need the load?
It depends on the equipment and the lane, and oversize needs the most lead time because of permitting. Call dispatch with the dates and we will tell you what is realistic.
